Partner Platform Terms, version 1.0

Effective October 15, 2026.

Part A: Partner Platform Terms

These terms cover your use of the AimBot Partner Platform at partner.aimbotmedia.com, run by AimBot Media Inc. ("AimBot"). "You" means the publisher, studio or network you act for. Your signed agreement with AimBot governs the business relationship and controls if it conflicts with these terms. These terms never add a payment obligation, liability or restriction materially greater than your agreement.

1. Authorized Users

You choose the people who act for you in the portal and the permissions each has, where the portal supports it. Each login belongs to one named person, who keeps it secure and uses two-step sign-in where the portal offers it. You remove a person's access within one business day after they stop being authorized. AimBot may rely on any action taken with a login until you revoke it in the portal.

2. Actions in the portal

Actions taken in the portal are binding, including updating your profile and category choices, accepting or rejecting an ad, disputing a statement, confirming a custom unit and accepting new versions of these terms or the Content Policy. AimBot keeps a time-stamped record of each action, including what was shown, the document versions, and the person's name, title, email and IP address. You can export your history at any time while your agreement is in force and for 90 days after it ends.

3. What you enter

AimBot relies on what you enter to plan and serve campaigns. You keep it accurate and current, including:

  • your company, contact and invoicing details;
  • your properties, units, formats, prices and estimated available impressions;
  • each property's classification as directed to children, mixed audience or general audience, and its content rating;
  • the share of each property's audience aged 18+ and 21+, updated at least quarterly;
  • the restricted categories you decline and whether you accept political advertising.

Changes to prices and category choices take effect on the schedule in your agreement. AimBot may also describe your inventory from public listings and your notes; where they differ, what you entered wins.

4. Your brand-safety confirmation

At onboarding you confirm: "We confirm our inventory carries no Adults Only content, and the apps, sites and games we declare are accurate." You tell AimBot at once if that stops being true.

5. Ads

Every ad AimBot serves follows the AimBot Content Policy. You may reject or block an ad only on the grounds, and in the way, your agreement allows.

6. Connection

You connect through the AimBot tag or AimBot's OpenRTB connection as the portal documents, and don't alter AimBot's tags or the location information AimBot receives.

7. Statements, tax forms and payment details

The portal posts statements and handles disputes and invoices as your agreement describes. You keep your tax form (W-9, or W-8 outside the US) and payment details current; AimBot pays nothing until a valid tax form is on file. AimBot shows payment details as the last four digits only.

8. Confidentiality and acceptable use

What you see in the portal is confidential as your agreement describes. Don't probe, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the portal, share logins, or get around its limits or security checks.

9. Access

AimBot may suspend a login that is compromised or misused. Suspending or pausing your inventory follows your agreement. If an outage stops you from acting by a deadline, your agreement extends it.

10. Changes

AimBot publishes each version of these terms with a version number and effective date, and keeps earlier versions in the portal. A material change takes effect after at least 30 days' notice in the portal and by email, as your agreement describes. Other changes take effect when posted.

Part B: Partner Platform Privacy Notice

This notice adds to the AimBot Privacy Policy for people who use the Partner Platform and for data from partner inventory. AimBot and each partner act as independent businesses for this data, as the Data Protection Addendum to your agreement describes.

1. What we collect about you

  • Company and contact details, and the name, title, email and phone of each portal user.
  • Sign-in and action records, including the IP address used.
  • Tax forms, and payment details, which are stored encrypted and shown as the last four digits.

2. What we see from your inventory

  • Placement information on every ad call, whether or not AimBot serves an ad: the placement and unit, the game or title, format, timestamps, call counts and postal code, plus periodic placement images with any usernames, chat or faces obscured.
  • For OpenRTB connections, bid requests: the IP address is used only momentarily and dropped, precise location is discarded on arrival, and a device advertising ID is kept only as a hashed frequency-capping ID, deleted 30 days after the campaign ends.
  • AimBot never sees your other demand.

3. How we use and share it

To onboard you, plan, serve and measure campaigns, issue statements, pay you, meet tax obligations, and keep the portal secure. Advertisers may see your company and property names, where their ads ran and how they performed, never your prices, payment or tax details. Service providers listed in the Privacy Policy process it for us.

4. Keeping it and your rights

Portal user and action records are kept for the term of your agreement plus seven years. Tax and payment records are kept as long as the law requires. For access, correction or deletion, email privacy@aimbotmedia.com.
